1. Use, scope, and purpose of storage and processing

We store and process personal data for the purposes of maintaining contact with clients, marketing communication via e-mail, sales promotion, customer profiling with the aim of providing tailored service offers and content in e-mails and on websites. For sent e-mails, we record individual views of received messages and clicks on links in those messages. To ensure a better and more targeted offer and adapt further communications, the recorded data is automatically processed, analyzed, profiled, and evaluated in terms of customer interest in the messages sent. Based on the recorded data and created profiles, no automated decision-making is carried out.

On our websites, we use cookies to improve your user experience and provide high-quality content.

For the purpose of client communication, we store the following data:

  • company name and address,

  • e-mail address,

  • first name,

  • last name,

  • telephone number.

Personal data is collected with the explicit consent of individuals. Consents are stored together with their content and the form through which they were obtained.

The collected personal data is used by the following departments of our company:

  • sales,

  • marketing,

  • customer support.

2. Data transfer abroad

The collected personal data is stored within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and is under no circumstances transferred to other countries.

3. Data retention period

The personal data of individuals is stored until the individual withdraws their consent for storage and processing. After the withdrawal of consent, personal data is permanently deleted.
If our company were to discontinue the use, purposes of storage, and processing of personal data as described above, such data would also be permanently deleted.
Confirmation of agreement with the General Terms, i.e. the so-called Data Protection Agreement, is kept for 12 months.

4. How we protect collected personal data

We only provide content and information and never request credit card numbers or other data that could be misused by online criminals. The website www.izterjava-denarja.si is hosted on a secure web server and is subject to regular security checks.

The collected personal data is used exclusively for the purposes stated above. We do not sell or disclose it to third parties, except to partners who help us maintain the website and are obliged to protect personal data under the same conditions as izterjava-denarja d.o.o.

In exceptional cases, we may disclose your personal data to state and security authorities in accordance with the law, if they submit an official request for disclosure.

5. Rights of the individual

Each individual may, at any time, request the following regarding their data:

  • access,

  • correction,

  • complete erasure,

  • termination of processing and storage, or withdrawal of consent for processing and storage, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

The request can be sent via e-mail to info@izterjava-denarja.si or in writing to the company’s registered office.

If our company intends to process personal data for a purpose other than the one for which it was originally collected, we will provide the individual with information about the new purpose and all other relevant information before further processing.

Each individual who believes that their personal data protection rights have been violated by us may file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia: Republic of Slovenia, Information Commissioner, Zaloška 59, 1000 Ljubljana, https://www.ip-rs.si
